STEM and 21st-century skills are quickly becoming essential for the careers of tomorrow – but teaching these subjects and skills can be challenging due to their abstract nature. Selangor is taking one step ahead in Malaysia in education system.

Now, STEM Selangor program can transform abstract STEM concepts into tangible teaching experiences using the hands-on approach. Students participated in this program experience science, technology, engineering and mathematics first-hand through innovative, engaging tools that place them in the center of the learning environment.

By using hands-on robotics, students will: Produce simple sequences and commands that link cause and effect using input/output devices. Use intuitive prediction tools to gain first-hand experience in forming hypotheses. And integrate math and science using physical constraints, units of measurement, coordinate systems, min, max, mean, and linear.
